No, it’s not an April fool’s joke! We’re really launching a blog that focuses on the many failures we’ve made, and continue to make as affiliate marketers. We’ll talk about promoting a wide variety of products and services, as well as all the advertising methods you can think of. If it exists in affiliate marketing, we probably have an epic tale of failure to share.

Hopefully you’re asking yourself “why should I read a blog about failed attempts?” The answer is simple, and the underlying foundation of this blog. We want you to save time and money by learning from our mistakes. The get rich quick and quite your job sites provide valuable information and how-to guides, but until you get your hands dirty and screw up a few times, you’re not going to make money.

Posts on Affiliate Failure will not only discuss what we tried to do and why, but what we learned from the negative outcomes. These valuable lessons and the successes they lead to will help you achieve your affiliate marketing goals and hopefully save you some money!

Tip #1: Do Something!

The key to making money online is to actually do something. While affiliate marketing can be an easier way to make money, it takes a lot of work to get things started. Read a marketing book, subscribe to a blog, or join a conversation on twitter.

Whatever you decide to start with, just do something!
